We want to get your BALMMEN products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates (Canada & USA)

Canada: CA$10.00 flat rate. United States: CA$15.00 flat rate. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Shipping is FREE on orders over CA$35, whether you are in Canada or the United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. You choose your destination country in your cart before paying, and the shipping rate is added automatically. Customs duties and taxes, if any, may apply for orders shipped to the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
